Thursday

we move towards the stars and all that we touch becomes ours.

i want to runaway. i want to runaway to the city. i want to stay for weeks. i never want to sleep. i want to spend lots of money. i want to come back completely broke. i want to stay up every night dancing until my feet hurt so bad i never want to walk again. i want to ruin a pair of seven hundred dollar heels. i want to get my picture taken so many times that i never feel like dressing up again. i want to smoke so many cigarettes i get sick. i want to drink so much champagne i feel ill. i want to have seventeen lovers & fuck with their minds. i want to become an it girl. but only for a moment so i can disappear as quickly as i came.

my birthday is one month from today.

oh bee, you seem to have missed the point.

a's girl crushes and mini obsessions are her quirks. did you never fall in love with somebody and have posters on your bedroom wall? a. champions this teenage tendency in the most nostalgic and lovely way. she tells us about anti- it girls, people who besides being ultra stylish have substance too.

and in no way does my lovely friend pretend to be english! if you wish to accuse her of trickery, then surely she is more guilty of dreaming of being a new yorker. and then I guess I part of that daydreamer club too.

hopefully you can take this blog with a pinch of salt and enjoy it all the more for it! xx
