i'm back home for thanksgiving. staying with my grandparents for two weeks in their hemingway styled home. i can't get enough of the velvet cushioned chairs, the bookcases overstuffed with antique cameras and clocks, and of course all the old photos of my dad scattered about. already i've been spoiled with ginger snaps and vanilla chai tea, a copy of henry & june and enough silky blouses to last me awhile. i should come visit my grandparents more often.
