beauty secrets.

Here are a couple beauty secrets I'd like to share: baking soda and argan oil. I've been using both on my face for a few weeks now and my skin has never been so glowy. I placed the baking soda in an antique powder jar and sprinkle some into my cleanser every other night as a gentle exfoliant. The argan oil is the perfect multi-purpose moisturizer; it replaces eye creams and is a nice conditioner for eyelashes and eyebrows too. So, I make sure to layer it on everywhere, while my skin is still damp for absolute absorption. But possibly the best thing about both is that they are food grade and completely edible - following my strict skin care rule that whatever goes on my skin, could also go inside of it. It's a win win.

Great tips! I hear that baking soda brightens the complexion, but I have yet to try it. Keeping it in an antique jar is a nice touch, very elegant :)

Oh baby, careful with the baking soda! it completely fucks up the skin's ph balance.

yeah I would be careful baking soda too, I think it´s totally enough like once a week..try adding one teaspoon while washing your hair, it removes any built-up from styling products, but even if you are not using any, it leaves hair incredibly soft. Argan oil is the best, I will never buy a night cream again. xx
