it's not like me at all to like this much americana. but i do. i really do. it feels appropriately summery while being cheeky and a bit trashy, in the good way.
that pic of marina is .. ah, amazing. I'd kill to look like her. love the nails one too, and the flag bomber jacket (which i think marina wears at another point in the 'hollywood' video, non?) i want that jacket!
I especially love the oversized American Flag scarf...even just from an aesthetic point of view, since I happen to be Australian :P I think when done right, wearing your country's flag can be cute and patriotic without being trashy or forceful. :)

I just had to tell you, I was at coachella this past weekend and saw La Roux, my first time seeing them live, and they were sooooo brilliant! omg, it was such a good time and honestly, one of the highlights of the whole weekend. Anyway, I just had to tell you because anytime I hear or see anything La Roux it always reminds me of you! :) Hope you are doing well xxx
